2. What quality of wood do you use?
We use only Grade A premium solid wood (e.g. walnut, oak, cherry) from responsible sources – never cheap plywood or MDF used by most competitors. Every piece is unique due to natural grain, hand-sanded, and finished with pure tung oil for lasting beauty and durability.
3. Are the products truly handmade?
Yes – the core of every Ava Lux product is 100% handmade in our workshop in Slovenia. We are a family business, and each piece receives personal attention: laser engraving, hand-sanding, tung oil finishing, and final assembly are all done by our team with passion and precision.
For supporting elements (e.g. brass hardware or stands), we carefully source high-quality components from trusted suppliers to ensure durability and premium feel. The unique personalization and final craftsmanship, however, are always handmade by us – no mass production, every item has our personal touch.
4. Can we customize products with our company logo, message, or unique design?
Absolutely – customization is our specialty! Our in-house design team can create fully custom designs based on your ideas (company logo engraving, special messages, wood selection). Simply send us your requirements – we’ll prepare mockups and a tailored quote, free of charge.
5. Can we request free samples?
